Bring your whanau along to help celebrate Conservation Week

Conservation Week E-book launch at Auckland Zoo - Header Image

Conservation Week this year is all about finding different ways of bringing your whanau together to celebrate conservation. Kiwis for kiwi is playing its part by putting on a special reading on September 8th of the new Operation Nest Egg Chick book.

Join author Maria Gill, illustrator Bruce Potter and be the first to see an enhanced digital reading of the book about how one kiwi is saved from predators and looked after in a very special way. Kids can participate in a puppet play, watch the illustrator draw a kiwi, and then draw their own. Lots of kiwi fun! . We’d love to see you there!

Normal admission to zoo applies, reading starts at 10.30am in the Old Elephant House
